Odyssey Vein Clinic is bound and committed to the Commonwealth Privacy Act of 1988. Viewing and browsing of our site does not involve or require sharing any of your personal information.

When booking an appointment and speaking to our Practice Manager or treating doctor, however, we may request and collect your personal information including, but not limited to, your name, date of birth, residential address, phone number and various forms of identification (Medicare card and health fund details). All personal and medical information is kept confidential and secure in keeping with the standards and policies outlined in the Privacy Act.

Protection of your personal information is a priority and something we take seriously. Sharing of your personal information is only done in necessary circumstances with other Medical Professionals (Including your General Practitioner) or other medical clinics. Odyssey Vein Clinic takes steps to ensure that only entities with privacy policies also bound by the Privacy Act have access to only your information.
